What do you do to Brighten your Day? FREEBIE

Uff.... taking a pause from double shifts at work!
Althought I haven't got the time yet to read the PDFs and watch the videos of the e-courses down at
I have been looking around the community and met some very inspiring ladies.
In my prevous post I wrote that I needed a change.
Well, being this the first post of my renewal time I want to share with you my new list of "things to do to brighten your day"

WHAT DO YOU DO TO BRIGHTEN YOUR DAY?

I made this list and will try to stick to it as hard as I can.
Deep in my heart I'm a loner. I'm kind of bipolar and don't like physical contact much. And I'm also a BIG paranoid and pessimist. But I also like laughing, learning and talking to other people.
What do I need to feel better and start thinking like a Goddess?
I need to think positive. I know it may sound like New Age Stuff, but I've  come to realize that it's so simple and so true. If you think positive then you'll see lots of good things and opportunities around you.
This week I will follow my to do list.
What about you? Please, leave me your comments. I'll be very happy to read them.
The list is made in my own style, of course. :)
It is  FREE for you to share, copy, print and hang to your wall if you think it fits you as well.
The size is A4 (letter).
ENJOY!!

  2. Love this post ... but then again, I am a believer in positive energy and thinking ... writing down positive affirmations every morning with my cup of coffee helps me get through the day ... it's hard to stay positive in our world right now, but what other choice do we have? It at least feels better for a time when we practice positive thinking, at least for me. Love your freebee, may it bring you happiness and abundance.

    Peace to all.

  8. I think the drawing is wonderful and your words very true. This list makes me smile and smiles are like little shots of energy. My Little Princess loves it, by the way. We'll print it, read it at bedtime tonight and then hang it in her room ;-)

  10. Love that way of drawing your list! You'll smile every time you look at it. At least, I hope you will.

The prayer room stream at ihop.org always helps me center and relax.

Also coloring with my little girl.

Also making melted crayon paintings and cutting them up for art. (I actually blogged about one such artwork today, come to think of it.) I love the intense colors I get that way.

Also reading Chesterton. He has a wonderful way of finding cosmic importance in the simple things of life.

  14. Popped in from Sweet Saturday. I tend to be a half full glass kind of gal, and feel lucky to often see good or positive when some don't. I knit and crochet alot for charity and I think doing for others is a great way to think positive and feel good.

  16. Love your list. I have a tendency to be kind of up and down, and one of the things I have found that really seems to effect me in a positive way is to write down, every night before bed, five things I'm grateful for from that day. Just a list, no sentences/paragraphs or anything. Sometimes I have listed the same thing for days in a row, even if they're very small things. It keeps me focused on the good stuff.

  32. Thank you so much for your post about remembering to be positive. I myself have been going through depression , which is my inner self telling me I need to change something, but sometimes I cannot figure out what! Your list is a good starting point..be grateful. I love including it in your artwork. Isn't that what art should be about? Expressing ourselves through our art.
