We are starting the new year with an amazing competition!

How to participate: - Join the Tangle It! Pattern Club on FB

• We prepared 3 templates for you to print out and fill with patterns. Click here to download the templates. The framed area of the templates is 6″x9″.
• Print the templates on standard letter sized paper.
• Use patterns to fill the various sections. Please note: NO SHADING or COLORING!
• Sign your artwork!
• Scan at 300dpi
• Upload your images to the Tangle It! Pattern Club on Facebook on or before Sunday, 24th January, marking it as competition entry.
• By uploading, you accept that people are able to download, color or shade your artwork.

On Sunday, January 24th we will prepare a summary of all the entries for each template. Members of the Tangle It! Pattern Club and Tangle It! Coloring Club will be asked to vote on their favorite entry for each template for one week. On Sunday, 31st January the voting will end and the 3 winners will be announced.

The rules:

• Entries must be submitted on or before Sunday, 24th January
• You can sumbit one entry per template (in total 3 templates). This means you can submit only one entry for the Shell template, one for the Paisley template, and one for the Beachball template. You do not have to sumbit all 3. If you prefer to only submit one tangled template, that is fine as well.
• Scans must be 300dpi. The winner will be required to send a high quality, 300dpi file by email.
• Entries must NOT be shaded or colored. The artwork will be a coloring page in our next book.
• You agree that users from the Tangle It! groups download and color your artwork.
• Voting will take place between the 24th January and 31st January. On January, 31st, the winner will be announced.

What you win:

• The top 3 entries will be published in our next book.
• The winners will receive a free .pdf copy of the book before it even appears on Amazon for sale!

And here is our last surprise for this AMAZINGLY CREATIVE 2015!

An Ina wrote: "All three of us were missing a book that allows us to record step by step instructions for patterns and a place to practice. We love tangling, however individual tiles are easily lost. When we realized that each of us use a journal to organize, practice, and store tiles, we decided to create “the perfect book for tanglers”. A place where we have it all: record step outs AND lots of room to tangle. Our combined experience produced this lovely Practice Book".

So, here it is (AND in 2 versions!!)

TANGLE IT! PRACTICE BOOK

• store 256 step outs,
• tangle 240 blank squares, and work with
• 144 pre-strung tiles.

We included a basic introduction to tangling, shading, and creating strings, plus a few interesting topics to inspire you.

This book is available in 2 versions: black & white and full color (deluxe). 

The Deluxe Edition on the right is in full color and the paper is thicker.

The Black & White Editions contains only Black and White pages.

TANGLE IT! JOURNAL 

It has been such a wonderful adventure collaborating with ALICE HENDON and INA SONNENMOSER!

And what a surprise when our book ranked among the first 10 in category on Amazon for a whole month! 

I am so GRATEFUL for this success!! It goes beyond my wildest dreams!

I have been struggling with unemployment for almost two years until I realized that if nobody offered me a job I had to create one.

 So, now I am proud to call myself an INDIE AUTHOR.

These last two weeks have been super busy! :)

I can finally reveal my secret project!

My magical FB friends, INA SONNENMOSER and ALICE HENDON, and I 

HAVE RELEASED OUR FIRST BOOK ON AMAZON!!

But what is a Tangle It! journal?

Let me explain it to you:

Are you ready for some tangling fun?

Are your ideas about tangling all . . . well, tangled up?

This Journal will help untangle the mystery of tangling with a brief explanation of this specific art style, then we will dive head first into a whole lot of tangletastic fun and zaniness that is tangling.

In this Journal you find:

• 20 step by step instructions of new, unpublished patterns
• Tips from fellow tanglers
• Strings
• Art challenges
• Inspiration and ideas

 This idea has been swirling around my head for months, a sort of interactive tangling book filled with fun and practice for tangles lovers.

When I met Ina and Alice om FaceBook I instantly knew that they were the right buddies for this project. We are such a wonderful team!

The most intriguing fact about our team is that 

EACH OF US LIVES IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY!

I am from Italy, Ina is from Germany and Alice is from U.S.A!

And we never met in person!

This has been an incredible challenge for us all, because it involved great skills of collaboration and TRUST.

I am so proud of our amazing team!

During the first three days from release our book has been ranked #1 among New Releases and #3 in our category (Drawing > Pen Ink). 

This goes beyond my wildest expectations!

I want to say thank you to my family and all my friends who believed in this project and supported me.

I hope our journal will bring you as much fun and happiness as we had while creating it!
