It seems that my tangling is sorting some good effects.
Lately I had some family and personal health troubles. My depression struck again in a bad way and I had to find a way to release some nervous tension. So I started tangling during my free time (and sometimes even at work!!!). Doodling really relaxes me. It makes me focus my mind, avoiding it to wander into dangerous thoughts.
In a week I'l be on vacation, and I'll have plenty of time for tangling!! I hope I'll be able to scan and post during my holidays.
