Helloooo!
This week I have been working on some "out of my comfort zone" pages.
I'm becoming obsessed by watercolors and watered acrilycs and I thought of giving a try at making some inkblot pages.
What do you think?
On Sunday I went to an Art Therapy meeting. It was the first time for me, but the session has been very enlightening.
I used chalk (another "out of my comfort zone" medium) to create this:
And I have also updated my Etsy Shop (click for link) with some new printable items for planners lovers!
Enjoy your week! :)
Wow! Those are real nice specks and starks, yet with effective swaths of colors. Those are certainly things that we ought to collect. Acrylic also does wonders not only in terms of textures, but also in moods, and it's nice that you've brought that aspect out to the fore. Thanks for sharing that! More power to you!

I can see great faces in your inktblotpages!
ReplyDeletelots of great projects here! The ink blot pages are fun to interpret. In the first one I see a pair of bears facing each other. Love the softness of your tree too. Happy PPF!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun they are! So much potential!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it fun pushing yourself a little outside of your comfort zone? I've been doing this the past few weeks, too and am enjoying it. Have a great week! :)
ReplyDeleteGetting out your comfort zone could be an enjoyable thing because you get the chance to learn a lot of new things. In your case, it’s trying out the watercolors and watered acrilycs method which, based on the result, was a success. I’m sure your customers will love them as much they’ll love those printable planners and bookmarks. Thanks for sharing, Simona!
